| A | No design organisation can provide a 'guarantee'. Reputable design organisations take out professional indemnity insurance for the benefit of their customers. If the designer is negligent in preparing their design, then the customer would have a claim under the designer's professional indemnity insurance policy. This means that if the designer didn't do something that a competent designer should have done, then there would be a valid claim. However it is not a guarentee as such. We maintain a £1m professional indemnity insurance policy for the benefit of our customers. close |
