| A | We will email you a single file containing all of the calculations and details you need. This will be emailed to you at the address you give us when you create an account on our website. You can either print this off, or email it to the local authority, architect, builder or whoever you wish. close |
| Q | What happens if I need another copy of the calculations in a few years time? |
| A | Just let us know, we keep copies of all of our designs. close |
| Q | Can you send the details by post? |
| A | Yes, although this will take longer. There is also a surchage of £25 per total order for doing this. This just covers our copying time and postage. close |
