Kevin Saxton BSc (Hons)
CEng MICE Managing Director
Kevin graduated with first
class honours in 1980 and
became a Chartered Civil
Engineer (MICE) in
1985.
He started his career in
Local Government designing
highway and drainage schemes
and then moved into
structural engineering,
working on the design and
fabrication of
innovotive structural steel
space frame systems.
He then spent a number of
years on site overseas,
working on the construction
of large coal fired and
hydroelectric power stations
and other heavy civil
engineering projects, before
returning to the UK in 1986.
Over the last 20 years Kevin
has worked on the design and
construction of many civil
and structural engineering
projects, with some of the
Countries leading Consulting
Engineers and more recently
at ksa consulting engineers.
Kevin has a particular
interest in defective and
historic buildings and he
has carried out literally thousands of
structural surveys over the
last 20 years.
In his spare time, Kevin is
a keen guitarist, motorcyclist and
private pilot and tours
extensively in the UK and
France with his partner
Karen. They are
currently renovating a
'grange' in the Eastern
Pyrenees and the firm is
undertaking a limited number
of jobs in this part of
France (Ariege 09).
